Welcome to Storryca, a digital publishing and reading platform created for readers and writers.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Storryca website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Storryca, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Author & Content Licensing Policy, and any other policies applicable to your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Storryca.

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Storryca account.
Certain novels and content may contain romance, mature themes, sexual content, violence, or other material intended for adults.
Romance and other age-restricted or mature content are intended for users aged 18 and above.
By using Storryca, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Each user is permitted to maintain one Storryca account only. Creating, operating, or maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited.
Users must not:

Storryca may use plagiarism detection, editorial review, content review, and other methods to verify submitted works before publication.
A novel may be rejected if it does not meet Storryca's publishing standards.
Storryca maintains a strict policy against plagiarism, copyright infringement, and stolen content.
If a story is reported and evidence indicates that an author submitted content belonging to another writer, Storryca may:
Submitting stolen or plagiarized content may result in permanent removal from the Storryca publishing community.
Copyright and publishing rights for novels are governed by the author's applicable agreement with Storryca and the Storryca Author & Content Licensing Policy.
Official Storryca Authors generally retain copyright to their original works while granting Storryca the exclusive publishing rights specified in their agreement.
Manuscripts purchased by Storryca under the Ghostwriter Manuscript Purchase Program are governed by a separate purchase agreement.
Authors should carefully review the applicable agreement before submitting or publishing content.
Storryca uses a wallet and coin system for purchasing access to novels, chapters, and other eligible features.
Users may purchase coins through payment methods supported by Storryca.
Coins do not expire.
Coins may be used to unlock eligible novels, chapters, or other features made available by Storryca.
Coins have no cash value outside the Storryca Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Storryca expressly provides otherwise.
Storryca may modify coin packages, pricing, or available features when necessary.
Mobile purchases made through the Storryca Android application may be processed through Google Play Billing.
Payments are subject to the applicable payment platform's terms, policies, and procedures.
Storryca does not operate a subscription-based reading system. Users purchase coins and use those coins to access eligible paid content.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted by the applicable payment platform, coin purchases are generally non-refundable once completed.
Storryca may investigate transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or manipulation.
Storryca may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including features, content, payment methods, coin packages, or other services, when necessary.
We may also perform maintenance, updates, security improvements, or technical changes that temporarily affect Platform availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform, but we do not guarantee that Storryca will always be available without interruption, errors, or technical issues.
All Storryca branding, logos, software, designs, graphics, website elements, and other Platform materials owned by Storryca are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Storryca-owned materials without prior written permission.
Novels and other third-party content remain subject to the ownership and licensing arrangements applicable to those works.

Storryca may remove, restrict, or investigate reported content where appropriate.
Storryca may suspend or permanently terminate an account if a user:
Termination may result in the loss of access to the account and Platform features.
Where appropriate, Storryca may also restrict the creation of new accounts by terminated users.
Storryca reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable requirements.
We may take action when content is reported by users, detected through our systems, or identified by our editorial or moderation team.
Your use of Storryca is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Storryca may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, authentication services, advertising services, analytics providers, app stores, and other technology providers.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
Storryca is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party services.
Storryca may update these Terms from time to time.
